Paying NIMAA Tuition and Fees for 2018-2019
Tuition is $6000 and fees are $660. NIMAA offers a variety of payment options for tuition and fees. Students must be current in payments due to NIMAA in order to graduate. If you have questions or concerns about your payment options, please contact out to Shelly Halper with any questions at email@example.com.
What are the program fees and when are they due?
Students are expected to pay $660 in program fees. The fees cover the costs of textbooks and equipment (stethoscope, blood pressure device, NIMAA jacket) provided to the student before classes begin, as well as the cost of the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) MA certification examination and exam preparation materials. Fees are due according to the schedule noted in the the NIMAA Payment Chart. NIMAA must receive at least $440 by September 9 for a student to start the program on September 10.
When is tuition due?
Each student must sign an Enrollment Agreement before classes begin on September 9. The first tuition payment is due on October 15, 2018, which is the end of the Drop Period. Students can pay the entire tuition up front, or in two equal payments, with $3000 due on October 15, 2018, and $3000 due on January 15, 2019 (see the NIMAA Payment Chart). If the student has taken out a loan from NIMAA’s student finance partner, Skills Fund, payment is due to Skill Fund under the terms of your agreement with them.
Will NIMAA offer student loans?
NIMAA has partnered with Skills Fund to provide loans for tuition and fees. You can choose a three (3) year or a five (5) year loan for repayment. Loans are only available to students who qualify; you can complete a simple application to find out if you qualify. NIMAA students can get a loan for up to the total amount of tuition and fees; there is a minimum loan of $2,000. Interest rates on these loans are market-competitive. Information regarding Skills Fund loans will be sent to students soon.
What forms of payment are accepted and where do I pay?
NIMAA accepts payment by credit card or e-check through our student information system, Regpacks. NIMAA does not accept cash payments.
If student tuition and/or program fees are being paid by Skills Fund or by an externship organization, those payments will be made directly to NIMAA by those organizations and reflected in the student’s Regpacks account within 30 days of receipt of payment. It is the student’s responsibility to check the account balance and to notify the NIMAA Student Services Manager regarding any issues.
